Certain photographs I take give away what I think, what interests me and what I look for in the streets when I walk through them... Perhaps these photographs of "specific details" are the ones that have this characteristic more present in them...
Hay fotografías que hago y delatan lo que pienso, lo que me me interesa y lo busco en las calles cuando las recorro... Quizás estas fotografías de "detalles específicos" son las que tienen más presente esta característica en ellas...

It is a pleasant, everyday challenge to walk through the streets of the village with a camera in hand and to observe what is happening here and there. These kinds of photos are rarely in sight, so you have to "seek them out" and capture them. From my point of view, the photography of specific street details is a different aspect and requires a different kind of perception from the typical wide-angle street photography... Basically, I think, the most important thing is to "be close", I mean to position yourself more intimately with what you want to capture in the photo.
Es un desafío agradable y cotidiano, ir por las calles del pueblo con una cámara en la mano y dedicado a observar lo que ocurre aquí y allá. Este tipo de fotos rara vez están a la vista, entonces hay que "buscarles" y capturarlas. Desde mi punto de vista, la fotografía de detalles callejeros puntuales, es una vertiente distinta y requiere un tipo de percepción distinta de la típica en la foto callejera de escenas a angulo ancho... Básicamente, creo yo, lo más importante es "estar cerca", me refiero a posicionarse de forma más intima con lo que se desea capturar en la foto.

Textures, patterns, light, shadows, humanity, nature, beauty and ugliness... Everything here is valid when you want to translate what you see in the streets and turn it into a way of self-expression... I love to do this and I love to do it every day...
Texturas, tramas, luces, sombras, humanidad, naturaleza, belleza y fealdad... Todo aquí es válido cuando se desea traducir lo que uno observa en las calles y convertirlo en un modo de expresión propia... Amo hacer esto y amo hacerlo a diario...

SEE THE BLACK AND WHITE VERSIONS...
This is a type of photographic concept also very suitable for turning to monochrome format. I invite you then to look at these same nine photographs in a black and white version with a slight percentage (4%) of yellow to achieve a "vintage" effect through layers of attenuation applied to the original image after it has been desaturated and its levels adjusted.
Este es un tipo de concepto fotográfico también muy adecuado para virar al modo monocromático. Les invito entonces a mirar estas mismas nueve fotografías en una versión de blanco y negro con un leve porcentaje (4%) de amarillo para lograr un efecto "vintage" a través de capas de atenuación aplicadas a la imagen original después de ser desaturada y ajustados sus niveles.

Fascinating, isn't it?... There is a lot of psychological impact in some of these photos when the colours disappear and the protagonism is given to the shapes, lights and shadows. This is also an exquisite way to understand these photos, I think.
¿Fascinante, cierto?... Hay un montón de impacto psicológico en alguna de estas fotos cuando los colores desaparecen y el protagonismo lo tienen las formas, las luces y las sombras. Este es también una manera exquisita de entender estas fotos, pienso.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.
NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.
