RE: A severe storm advance.

Housing is in such demand to protect the people from these ongoing problems, watched last night as Gogo's battle to have a roof over their head, no food looking after families.

Black frost warning went out a week ago for people to try prepare, doubt they have sufficient on farms to cover with natural material like they did previously.

Driving wind that went through here was hectic, hang on it's only the start of real winter.

Sort:

Very bad here and to worsen things, the second cold front landed today, with massive clouds loaded with water, and a 70Kph wind driving the lot. Trees are crying in the wind.

Yep, I think that you have a good idea about what the wind is up to.

Watched some footage of the floods through the shacks, people in dire need of blankets and warm food. Weather has turned wicked with run away fires, black frost, snow, driving wind and rain.

Take care !LUV

Thousands now without homes, and even floods in the inner suburbs. A lever 8 warning for tomorrow (Thursday), as yet another cold front will land. The wind went crazy for the whole day here, and the story is that we will see more severe rain and windspeeds soon.
Definitely much worse than last tear.

Thank you, and !LUV also to you guys.

Havoc! Cold fronts moving in one behind the other is a disaster to man and beast.

Humidity is sky high down there! Saturated in the air, on ground simply wet. I see the wind is wrecking havoc again with gusting winds again, stay off the roads, keep safe!

A real struggle here, and the river rehab process has not reached the higher parts of the river. So, this morning I took photos of another flood closing off streets in the suburbs. And still, the river is ranging, but thankfully they have closed the schools for today. The winds are crazy, snapping mature trees like twigs.
