RE: Come and see what we found.

I would love to make a photo trip to the UK but before I have to prepare my mind to drive on the wrong side of the road ... we literally drive on the right side πŸ˜‚ !LOLZ
I want to take photos there and hike the highest mountains πŸ˜…

Stairs are a great invention that hasn't made it's way to South Africa yet it seems πŸ˜‰

So you can come and prepare here as I will happily give you my car, with me beside you to teach you how to drive on the correct side of the roads. The LEFT side 😜 !LOLZ

I will have to ask my eldest daughter where the highest mountains are in the UK, but I think that she will direct me back to Europe, as England is only an island πŸ˜‰

A lovely sarcastic chirp methinks, but for your information we built the first stairs in South Africa for our ox wagons to cross the mountains 🀣

Cheers and thanks.

The right side is the right side - otherwise right would be wrong 😁 !LOLZ

It's Ben Nevis - 1,345 m / 4,413 ft - and this "mountain" is on my list :)

Now I have learned something new - that sounds interesting: stairs over the mountains for the ox πŸ˜‰

Okay, so we live in different worlds and maybe in the year tut, we will also lear to drive on the right side of the road 🀣 !LOLZ

Ben Nevis is a hill compared to the height of the mountains in your area methink.

Yep! Shows you how advanced we are in the building of stairs 🀣🀣🀣

Cheers and thanks.

Hopefully you and the UK change rules within the next months and I don't have to change my brain πŸ˜‚ !LOLZ

The cabin of my parents is about 200 meters higher πŸ˜‰

I have had a look at South Africa in Wikipedia: they didn't mention the stairs there. Maybe someone should add an article so the world knows πŸ˜‰

Hahaha, that is not even thought of here, although most of the street names and towns have had name changes. But not changed with british name, but rather with the names of local freedom fighters. So you will have to prepare to drive on the left hand side and you will have to have very expensive insurance in case of a crash πŸ˜‰ !LOLZ

So our parents live in a place that is higher than the Ben Nervous mountains? I wonder what my daughter in the UK will have to say about this ? She phones me every Sunday and I will tease her this Sunday on her call 🀣

Wikipedia does not know the secrets of a country and all of the oxen had to sign a secrecy clause in their contracts. I bribed one ox with some bananas to tell me the secret about the stairs 😜

Cheers and thanks.

I know what I would do in South Africa: I would hire a local driver, maybe someone I know already πŸ˜‰ but that would cause another problem because I would never get to the place I want to go, because he would stop all the time to take photos πŸ˜‚ !LOLZ

No, the wooden cabin I have told you once is on a mountain and the place where it stands is at 1,780 m altitude.

I wonder why they don't want the world to know πŸ˜‰

Oh yes, I know the guy personally and best would be if you rather hire his wife to teach you. She drives wonderfully slow and a 10 minute drive could turn into a one hour drive with her behind the wheel. So you will learn very slowly 🀣 !LOLZ

Ah, okay now I think that I remember about that cabin πŸ˜‰

Trade secrets methinks as if the world knows then it will no longer be a secret 😎

Cheers and thanks.
