"Just go out and shoot anything and everything."
☝️Best advice to newbies taking up photography. 👆
I used to bring my camera everywhere I go and just shoot. It annoyed my friends and family but they got used to it, eventually... haha. Creative control of a photo shoot is such a big deal especially if you already have an eye for great shots and your unique perspective as an artist. What clients might not be aware of is that the process extends beyond the actual session shoot and that this is all connected to a grand design which ends in the final print.
!LUV the contrast in the last photo. The boy's gaze was intense while interacting with the camera. The girl on the other hand, was looking at her phone, seemingly unaware that her photo was being taken. 😎
I'm glad a lot of my recent clients have let me do my own thing during the session. When they give me creative freedom, the photos all turn out way better than they expected them to be.
That's the reason they hired a professional. Good for you, man.
