A sunrise meditation session alongside the ocean is exactly what the soul calls for. Among all the uncertainty in the world there remains a place to call home within one's being. Deep down where the light seeks to strike the crystal of hope and provide all-encompassing illumination. This is the place that brings us calm. These are the moments that give us peace.
