A huge spike in sales for August! But it's not as good as it sounds...
257 sales is my highest number of sales for any month so far. By quite a lot. The previous high being about 150.
However, the average sale was a bit lower so it didn't translate to a huge increase in revenue.
First of all, the top sale was my new creation of a blank laptop, which sold 6 times in its first month, the highest single sale being for $70.
If this keeps selling like this each month it will be well worth the 20min it took to make. Already is technically.
The highest photo sale was this shot from Brisbane for $50
This first sold in May 2017 and has sold 22 times in the past 5 years.
So one of the reasons my amount of sales was so high was because of Apple Maps...
80 of the sales were for a bunch of random photos from all over the place for about $0.2 each. Some of the photos were even bought up to 3 times for the same image. From what I read in forums it wasn't just me they bought off. I don't know what's going on there but those 80 sales only made about $15, dragging my per sale average down. But taking those sales out of the stats still results in a decent month with my most sales ever. So yay!
