Good day, dear friends from Hive! Well, again I can’t make posts more often, there’s always something to do… Since the saga about the hike is over, today I’ll tell you about something else. This photo story is about our trip to the lake with the kids.
Several days passed after the hike, the children sat at home and were sad.
Therefore, I decided to take them to swim in a large lake, which is located about 15 kilometers from our house.
We went by train, it's only 3 stops from our village. We arrived in a neighboring village, next to which there is a lake. There is a brick factory here, it is old, probably built before World War II. And during this time, during the extraction of sand for bricks, huge lakes were formed. Our entire area bathes in them in the summer; they are very deep. Recently, they even organized some kind of boating and sailing sports club here; there is enough space.
After arriving, we visited the market square, bought water, soda, food, and so on. And we went on foot to the lake. It's about half an hour's walk from the station. There weren't many people there, as the weather started to get gloomy by lunchtime. But my kids don’t care — undress and go swimming.
After some time, it started to rain. But we swam anyway. Gradually the rain began to intensify, and we decided to wait it out somewhere. We found an empty, locked dacha and sat on the porch to play cards.
We played and played and got tired of it. And the rain kept getting stronger. And we decided to go to the station and go home. So we arrived in the rain.
But the kids didn’t want to go home — they started a fun game — they lowered the bottle down the stairs. It’s also a long way from our station to home — and as a result of this adventure, we came home completely wet. Because the rain stopped only the next day, and we didn’t think to take umbrellas with us.
A great adventure. Do children like to go out into nature?
Yes, of course, they love to wander through forests and fields. We often go to nature.
