Hello friends ♡ I want to tell you a little about Banyuwangi.
Banyuwangi, previously known as Banjoewangi at the far eastern end of the island of Java, Indonesia.
Baluran National Park is one of the proud destinations of Banyuwangi, East Java. The beautiful expanse of savanna makes it often nicknamed Africa van Java or Little Africa. Wild animals such as deer and monkeys often appear before visitors.
The savanna area of Baluran National Park, reaching 300 hectares, is the largest in Java.
This savanna's 12 kilometers from the gate of Baluran National Park. During the rainy season, the green color of the Acacia nilotica plant will dominate. When dry it will change color to yellowish brown. I visited during the rainy season, and the park turned green.
Plengkung Beach or G-Land, which is the location for the 2022 World Surfing League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT) G-Land Pro international event, also has wave characteristics. This attracts surfers from all over the world to come to the beach in the Alas Purwo National Park area in Banyuwangi, East Java.
G-Land is claimed to be one of the seven best waves in the world, and is directly facing the Indian Ocean. G-Land's left wave, which is also famous for its long length, is an important point for surfers.
Then there is the creative economy in Banyuwangi which is well known for its high potential, such as Banyuwangi batik products produced by creative economy actors in the Cluring area, Banyuwangi, East Java.
One of the typical Banyuwangi batik motifs is known as "Gajah Oling". The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy continues to provide assistance by providing assistance in marketing Banyuwangi's typical batik products so that they are known to the world.
Banyuwangi also has an airport, Banyuwangi Airport in Blimbingsari, East Java.

Banyuwangi is really beautiful and unique. They have their Osing culture, they also has many cultural events. IMO its Suffice to say that Banyuwangi is one of the most prepared area for tourism.
Banyuwangi in August also became the host for the ultra cyclist race event "Bentang Jawa". All the participants should start from Carita, and expected to arrive at Banyuwangi for August 17.
