Very interesting, never thought about it to photograph with a GoPro
You got some great results with it. I like the very wide photos and the clarity of most.
My DSLR died on my last trip to Cuba. Not replaced it yet. As not sure what to get.
Mainly because of some back problems, most are just to heavy. I do shoot handheld. I will have a look into the GoPros… maybe a lighter solution for the time being. Thanks 😊

Thanks a lot for the appreciation and for the reblog. I think there may be some more data regarding GoPro photography with the new GoPro Hero 10, which is a beast in comparison to my old GoPro.
I am sorry your DSLR died :( That's one thing I am scary with a DSLR that, as solid they are, as easy they can break, in special the shutter mirror.
Thank you again. I really appreciate it.
Gabriel.
You are welcome Gabriel, will look into the Hero 10. Sounds interesting.
Thanks, I think my DSLR just couldn’t deal with the humidity from Guadeloupe where I first noticed problems. All the temperature changes. And then Cuba was just to much. But I had it several years now, and used it well. 😉
At least you managed to use it for a few years.
Can I tell you a secret? I also dropped beer on my old Nikon D500 DSLR. A few buttons got stuck but it went back to normal in time. I eventually sold it (and told nobody about the beer experience) - so, sometimes, humidity, beer or any other factors can contribute to the damage of our DSLRs :)
O my… all experienced then 😉
Yep they do. It’s frustrating to say the least:)
