A few insect-related shots from my archive. From a photography perspective, they have mistakes, but I like those frames. Insects are a great subject to photograph, and I often see myself capturing them on camera.

I put the captions in English, but in Portuguese - my mother tongue - they are called:
- joaninha
- Abelha
- Not sure whether it is a mosca (fly) or a vespa (wasp)
- Teia de aranha (spider = aranha and web = spider)
- Esperança, which literally translates as "hope" - in Brazil they say katydids bring luck, especially if it lands on your body!

Your cover photo brought me to your post. The Lady Bug reminds me of my youngest daughter, we call her Lady Bug as her nick name. Bugs are very interesting to their own, I am ok with most but some well no thanks lol. BUT that being said amazing photography overall I love the captures. Followed.

BTW, very nice initiative to share how to grow, as many people can benefit from the medicinal effects of weed (decades ago I learnt to grow also with a generous person online - I don't grow it anymore, though).
