I can see that post now. Like ifarm said I really think this is because of Ecency. It looks like it's broken or blocked in specific countries, mine included. So if I use VPN and switch to other countries the problem's gone haha.
Maybe it's my ISP. I noticed all images uploaded via Ecency appears like that screenshot by Hiddenblade.
