Pero déjenme darles una idea de lo que se espera de una boda en Cuba. En mi país se suele ver mucho a la novia sentada sobre los asientos traseros de un auto convertible antiguo, conocidos como almendrones aquí, adornado con globos de colores y recorriendo las calles hasta llegar a al palacio de matrimonio con la algarabía del claxon. Desde ahí comienza la ceremonia que no varía mucho a otros países y luego siempre existe una fiesta antes de salir a la luna de miel. Pero hasta este momento nunca me había tocado hacer una boda con dicho recorrido así que fue una sorpresa para mí.
Aún así fue gratificante el trabajo, siempre lo es cuando se habla de una boda. Estas siendo participe de bellos momentos y tienes ademas la responsabilidad de captarlos. Debo decir que no fui el único al que le gusto el resultado, los novios también quedaron maravillados y hoy día disfrutan de sus fotos. Hoy les dejo una selección de las que más me gustaron y espero que a ustedes también. Un saludos a todos.
But let me give you an idea of what to expect from a wedding in Cuba. In my country, you often see a lot of the bride sitting on the back seats of an old convertible car, known as almendrones here, adorned with colored balloons and walking the streets until they reach the marriage palace with the noise of the horn. From there the ceremony begins, which does not vary much to other countries and then there is always a party before going on the honeymoon. But until now, I had never had a wedding with such a tour so it was a surprise for me.
Still the work was rewarding, it always is when talking about a wedding. You are being part of beautiful moments and you also have the responsibility of capturing them. I must say that I was not the only one who liked the result, the couple were also amazed and today they enjoy their photos.
