There is a lot of truth in this, that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! But also I like (and share with you the same attitude) your statement that it depends on what we choose to look at, the little charming details that get a beautiful shape for us.
I had a very complicated day yesterday. I worked, then had one little performance, in a different town in a centre for elderly people from Norway. In one moment, when I played the song What a Wonderful World my eyes started to follow the lyrics (I know how to play it already almost closed eyes hahaha so I can afford myself not to read just the musical notes π)... those who were around me started to sing the parts they knew... and one really old couple started to dance π... it was a wonderful world, I mean time for them and me. πΆ Later I had to run to a competition my son had, again in another town, luckily I arrived on time. Seeing him on the stage was already great, but when he started to play I was almost in tears! For me, he was the winner (of course there were better ones hahaha - obviously, he didn't win but that confirms the theory that beauty is in the ears of the beholder π (in the field of music)
P.S. Where is the lizard? π
Totally, it's all about the right attitude, and seeing the beauty in life, so you can enjoy every day as a gift.
The lizard is so camouflaged that you can't see it π π π€£π€£π€.
Haha, the lizard got some supernatural skills in camouflaging π
