As summer approaches races are beginning to pick up. Two weekends ago we had the second stage of our local XCO mtb race. For those who don't know, xco means cross-country olimpic. It consists of a lapped circuit of about 1 hour and a half. It is super intense from start to finish. I was not particularly well for this phase, so ended up in sixth on my cathegory. Gotta keep on working!
