Elegance and attitude - with Alejandra [Eng/Esp]

Several weeks ago I mentioned that I had done a photo shoot with my friend Alejandra and that she had also taken some pictures of me, which I already shared with you. Today I finally share with you the pictures I took of her. Actually the main idea was that only I took pictures of her, but as I also wanted to take some, I took advantage of the moment considering that Alejandra is also a photographer. Now, I hope you enjoy these pictures that I took of her and that I honestly liked a lot.

Ya varias semanas atrás les mencionaba que había hecho una sesión de fotos junto a mi amiga Alejandra y que ella también me había hecho algunas fotografías que ya les compartí. El día de hoy por fin les comparto a ustedes las fotografías que yo le hice a ella. Realmente la idea principal era que solo yo le hiciera fotos a ella, pero como también tuve ganas de algunas, aproveché el momento teniendo en cuenta de que Alejandra también es fotógrafa. Ahora bien, espero que disfruten de estas fotografías que yo le hice a ella y que honestamente me gustaron mucho.

Alejandra was the one who came up with the idea for the place. It's a set of offices that are actually empty, mostly because they are for rent, but since they have a black facade, it really looks very elegant, so it was good to match with the clothes Alejandra was wearing at the time. Alejandra had more or less an idea of how she wanted her photographs, but I had to improvise some poses for her, try to change the shots and look for some compositions that would make a good combination in the final result of each photograph.

Alejandra fue quien tuvo la idea del lugar. Es un conjunto de oficinas que realmente están vacías, en su mayoría porque son para alquilar, pero como tienen una fachada negra, realmente luce muy elegante, por lo que venía bien para combinar con la ropa que Alejandra estaba usando en ese momento. Alejandra tenía más o menos una idea de cómo quería sus fotografías, pero de igual manera yo tuve que ir improvisando algunas poses para ella, intentar cambiar los planos de la fotografía y buscar algunas composiciones que hicieran una buena combinación en el resultado final de cada fotografía.

The development was undoubtedly quite simple. I would say that from the beginning we were quite clear about the colors we wanted, all with the intention of highlighting Alejandra, separating her a little from the background, but, at the same time that everything was integrated so that there was a balance. I really liked the development, I would say that it is something very warm, and for those who follow me will know that I really like to take advantage of these tonalities to make photographs more enjoyable and also to continue improving a little the edition of each photograph to continue obtaining results that are worth sharing with you.

El revelado sin duda fue bastante sencillo. Diría que desde un principio se tenían bastante claros los colores que queríamos, todo con la intención de resaltar a Alejandra, separarla a ella un poco del fondo, pero, al mismo tiempo que todo estuviese integrado para que existiese un equilibrio. Realmente el revelado me gustó bastante, diría que es algo muy cálido, que para aquellos que me siguen sabrán que me gusta mucho aprovechar estas tonalidades para hacer fotografías más amenas y de igual manera seguir mejorando un poco la edición de cada fotografía para seguir obteniendo resultados que valgan la pena compartir con ustedes.
