From the beginning

There was something in the sky that day that kept attracting my attention. If some creature from another dimension had not passed through that portal, it was about to do so.

I didn't stay long. I said in a previous post that I needed silence and there lately the music from the restaurants and bars that have been placed on that coastline bothers me.

I can't imagine a place so close to the sea with so much noise pollution.

Luckily we have places in Havana that escape this evil.

Definitely 1st and 70th, Miramar, no!

There are days, however, that can totally change the course of your life, today is one of those for me and I saved these pictures of clouds for this occasion.

Luckily there is no longer the noise caused by those poor mortals, but natural Harmony and its delightful sounds. And speaking of Harmony, we enjoyed the trip, didn't we, like that guy from Viñales, Perico? If you don't remember, you only need to travel there via this link.

Ups and downs, mismatches, synchronicities... euphoria, sadness, a real roller coaster that brought for me improvements and growth, as well as an impressive level of introspection. I don't know how to explain all that I have learned and changed, how wonderful life is! For that and for what is to come, THANK YOU!

It could happen that after pressing the publish button, maybe the Universe will align a few planets or stars... and someone will smile, or looking around will discover many details that make this life the wonderful journey that it is.

Let us enjoy each day as if it were our last.

I hope you like these photos. Many of them were taken against the light at a time not very suitable for photography, a metaphor also related to life: we may think that we were not in the right place, at the right time... but maybe with time our perception will change.

So beautiful pictures, dear. I loved the flying bird ones, I felt so good seeing it.

Thank you, Paloma. 🙃😊
A big hug.

Life flies in each photograph, the clouds open up to give way to another plane and these images make me sigh. Thank you!

Sighs are nice, I'm so glad, @avdesing. Thank you! ⛅️

The photos are beautiful, no doubt. That you made me smile, no doubt about it.

Thank you @nanixxx.

😇 Thanks to you.

😃🤗

Here are a few postcards that could easily be sold in newsstands 👌

I deviated from the topic you raised, but I wanted to point it out 🦉

I've never sold a single photo in one of those newsstands, maybe it's a premonition and one day it will happen. Because buhito is wise. 😉

Thank you, I'm glad you like them.

Muchas gracias @dimascastillo90 y visualshots! 😄

Gracias @vezo. Un gran saludo para ti.

I love that piece of coast, I often go there to clear my mind at sunset. I would always like a little sand so I could have a beach there ☺️😌.

I know that you like to go there a lot and that you have a lot of nice pictures of sunsets. When this timetable changes I will accompany you more...😃 although the music and the noise that is always there is not to my liking. 😑

Gracias, @mbracho. Un saludo.

Havana from your lens looks more beautiful. 🥰🤗❤️

Mamani, buenos días, qué tempranito. 😊☕🌞 Gracias.

I'm picking up the commenting on blogs with the #aap tag again.

The clouds on the first photo look really nice. In the other photo's they are a bit more washed out. Maybe you could have done something in after editing.

I like the one with the pole and the 'wavy' building in the background. That building would be a perfect subject for an architecture shoot by the way.

The bird shots are nice, but I would experiment a bit by not placing them in the middle of your photo every time. Sometimes it is nice to make them fly in your photo from the bottom corner and to have some more negative space.

Yes, you are right about the composition.
However, I did both on purpose. As I want to highlight the landscape behind, the photo is not about the bird. It's about the difficult environment. That misty landscape and the bird flying alone. Boring, lonely, but wanting to fly. Actually, it's all to do with the text.
If I cropped the photo I would lose the landscape. And I only took two pictures of the landscape while the bird was flying. I left it like that. But I don't take away your point on the technical issue.

As for the clouds, they were changing and the white buildings and the sky felt like that as a way of expressing clarity.

In the one with the bird flying over the sea... I didn't want to lose that cloud formation. And I thought it was also convenient that it was right there.

That's just my thought, trying to match the pictures with the text I'm writing. But you know, it's all very subjective.

I thank you very much for your comment pointing it out.

Thanks for the explanation. I must admit I didn't have (or take) the time to read the whole blog 😬
Then it makes more sense indeed.
