RE: Geometry - Lightpainting on Hive

So many interesting aspects to this site. I read the post you linked to in this one also. What an incredible amount of work to produce these. Not that I'm not aware of the work involved, but to see details in process is fascinating.

That copperplate image is very cool, although I'm wondering what that big dark thing in the sky is on the right.

Patience pays off, you really nailed the image here dead on. Simple is often far more complex than complex.

Without camera rotation I would be missing something. I think I should go to therapy for this. 😂

LOL, too funny! I love the camera rotation shots.

We don't talk about the thing in the sky. 🤫

It is the frame for mounting the stencil. It should be invisible. 😂

LOL! The thing in the sky. Yes, I figured that out and yeah, invisible it should be, but now I see. 😂 Giving me ideas here. Hmmmm. Btw, I found a small LED light, must be off someone's bicycle and was SWEET, small lightpainting tool with some modifications.

You can paint light trails with everything lightning or glowing. The big expensive flashlights are only needed for light the big lightpainting scene in a easy and comfortable way.

This is where I admit to collecting all kinds of "garbage" I find and using with sunlight. I am thinking I'd like to set up something in my apartment. There's far too much light in the city that interferes, unless I pick a location that is workable for a solo run.
