When I process with the different filters of the editing program, I usually use some very characteristic ones to produce the digital artistic effects that I am looking for. Some filters are simpler and others are more complex in which special care must be taken when using them since, by default, they are prepared to be modified in almost all their parameters if one wants to find their own way of working. The fact of having used sepia on this occasion allows me to change its yellowish hue and modify it depending on what I perceive on my screen as the final objective.

My work always begins with the search for that image, that photograph that suddenly inspires me to create. Although when I go out to take pictures I take many images, there are really few that end up in a final process for editing and publication. The percentage of images that I take is very high and when I get to open them and view them on the computer, there are very few that I select. Sometimes it happens to me that I leave photographs in the folders that are good and that time later, with a subsequent viewing, I discover that they are great hidden images. Thus, from time to time I review many of my photographic archives based on the specific images that I am looking for at that moment.

As I have pointed out, my images for a creative process usually go through a pre-editing process in a Raw camera first, where the key is so that I can then work on them in the different filters that I use. Exaggeratedly modifying some of the parameters is the essential part and although in appearance they are often unclear, dark or with little luminosity, later in other processes these nuances are discovered. Cuando proceso con los distintos filtros del programa de edición suelo usar algunos muy característicos para producir los efectos artísticos digitales que busco. Algunos filtros más simples y otros más complejos en los que hay que tener especial cuidado a la hora de usarlos ya que, por defecto, vienen preparados para ser modificados en casi todos sus parámetros si uno quiere buscar una forma propia de trabajo. El hecho de haber utilizado el sepia en esta ocasión me permite cambiar su tonalidad amarillenta y modificarla en función de lo que percibo en mi pantalla como objetivo final.

Mis trabajos siempre empiezan con la búsqueda de esa imagen, esa fotografía que de pronto me de inspiración para crear. Aunque cuando salgo a realizar fotografías tomo muchas imágenes realmente son pocas las que terminan en un proceso final para edición y para publicarlas. El porcentaje de imágenes que tomo es muy elevado y al llegar a abrirlas y visionarlas en el ordenador son bien pocas las que selecciono. Me pasa ha veces que dejo en las carpetas fotografías que son buenas y que tiempo más tarde, con un visionado posterior, descubro que son grandes imágenes escondidas. Así cada cierto tiempo hago un repaso por muchos de mis archivos fotográficos en función a las imágenes concretas que esté buscando en ese momento.
Como os he remarcado mis imágenes para un proceso creativo suelen pasar primero por un pre proceso de edición en cámara Raw donde está la clave para que luego pueda trabajarlas en los diferentes filtros que uso. Modificar exageradamente alguno de los parámetros es la parte esencial y aunque en apariencia quedan muchas veces poco nítidas, oscuras o con poca luminosidad más tarde en otros procesos alcanzan a descubrirse estos matices.
