Catching a bit of late afternoon sunshine with a plunger of coffee.
My lady at our table at the Haven Art Cafe, that is just down the road from us.
What I like about this place is that they offer art classes to children and there is also a big school for disabled children on the premises. They also have a variety of other professional services here, such as counselling and a health department. It is a very big property, and the offices are established in an old heritage double story house. Fronted by a huge old oak tree. The staff are very friendly and it's almost a second home for us.
So today I want to show you some of nature's art in here.

I took some random shots to give you a general feel of the place.
Now let's have a look at the wonders outside.
My camera really enjoyed the outing :)
A tree was throwing its flowers down in the parking lot.
We had some heavy rains here with strong winds and the flowers surrendered to the winds.
I wanted to show you the size and the toes of this very high old tree.
Then it was time for us to go back home.
Nothing as nice and beautiful to be out there in my mind and I appreciate everything that my eyes see. So much better than to be anchored on a couch in a sedentary lifestyle. I try my best to be active at all times, but it's not easy, as the two burn outs that we had are now attacking my muscles. So, it's not easy to walk around anymore. But I fight it and simply endure the pains. Mother nature has a way of consoling me and it's always a pleasure to capture her beauties on camera.
Just a simple walk around to show you the beauty and intricacies of nature and it always warms my heart. Nothing fancy and just pure beauty. Such as our lives should be, but sadly all of us have lost our childlike innocence, due to the vagaries of life. The joy and laughter of a small child is always a wonder to watch and so many times do I wonder where my own innocence was lost. Never a happy thought, but all that I know is that life can tarnish one's soul with all of its problems and noise. A valley of tears is the result and kindness to the self and all others should be our anchor.
