Nope, I will not be returning to Tygerberg, but we found a solution for the iron infusion. We buy the vials and our GP do the infusion. I have already had the first 2 vial transfer and will have the second one later this week. So things are looking up and I will have the results in 6 weeks after the second transfer !LOL
