Hello Hive community.
I hope you all are fine. I am also fine here. My post today is totally rich in greenery. In which I have presented here the photographs of the mountains which are endowed with the beauty of nature, with green trees and a beautiful river running on the edge of the mountain. The main attraction in the photographs of today's post is the river and the green mountains. I have presented thirteen beautiful photographs to you here today. I hope you will like my photographs.
These photographs show the beautiful natural scenery en route to Gobindghat. The road to reach Govindghat passes through the mountain range. Being a mountainous area, the natural beauty of this place is intact. The beauty of this area is at its peak during monsoons. In monsoons, this area is green all around. Which doubles the beauty of this area. But sometimes the road from Haridwar to Govindghat which passes through mountains becomes very difficult even in monsoon season. Because it is a mountainous area, when there is excessive rain, this road is also closed.
Govindghat is in the hills. And one of the Chardhams comes in the way on the way to Badrinath. So Givindghat is also close to Badrinath and other important pilgrimage sites in Uttarakhand. The roads in this area are narrow and winding. The road passes through steep areas with deep valleys on the other side with cliffs and high mountains on one side. Which makes this area beautiful and sometimes dangerous. But I believe this area is a paradise for nature lovers.
Above I have presented three photographs of green mountains with you. In which you can see a wide stretch of green hills. Their slopes are covered with dense forests of evergreen trees. Due to which the mountains themselves look magnificent. And the peaks of those mountains are hidden in a soft rolling blanket of white clouds. Those scenes are really mesmerizing. A beautiful river is flowing on the edge of the mountains. The name of that river is Alaknanda river which flows through many parts of Uttarakhand.
Landslides and rockfalls often occur in this area during heavy rains which are common here during the monsoon season. Because the soil and rocks become loose due to heavy rains. And due to loosening it slides down the mountains. Sometimes it blocks the way. Due to which it can become dangerous to drive in this area. Also, in the photographs above, the clouds appear to be gently moving over the mountain tops. In which a white light curtain appears to be draped over the top of the mountain.
The two photographs above can be seen The atmosphere along the banks of the Alaknanda River is often shrouded in thick and mysterious fog. Which gives an ethereal and almost magical look to the scene on the Alaknand river. The fog softens from the river and wraps around the banks and surrounding hills. Sometimes this fog is so thick that it becomes difficult to see ahead. This place is really beautiful and worth visiting at least once.
I hope that you will like my post and photographs.
