Often, my mother surprises us with different and interesting meals when she has time to cook. That one in the next photo is also one of these surprises I didn't expect.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical before trying it but after I like it a lot. Also, even if it is healthy it is beautiful in its own way. Just look at all these colors. As someone who loves to take photos, I find it impossible not to see all these beautiful colors arranged nicely.
