Hello photography lover friends in the #PhotographyLovers community, how are all my beloved friends? Hopefully everyone is in good health, stay enthusiastic in your activities, hopefully you will always be successful. In this post I want to share photos of mushrooms that I took in the middle of the forest.
Fungi are a type of plant that lives on the remains of dead plants whose wood has rotted or in damp soil. The varied shapes and colors of mushrooms actually have extraordinary beauty. Wild mushrooms in the middle of the forest are more beautiful and have amazing shapes than the types of mushrooms cultivated by mushroom farmers. The mushroom that I found is a type of Ganoderma lucidum mushroom.
The fungus species Genoderma lucidum has a light brown color with variations in white. I found it growing on a piece of rotting wood and in a fairly damp area. The texture of this mushroom is hard and shaped like a fan. Here are some photos of genoderma lucidum that I can share in various positions.
From some of the literature I have read, it turns out that this type of mushroom has been used as a traditional medicine, which is very useful for treating various diseases ranging from maintaining immunity to anti-cancer. But if you don't know how to process it, don't ever try to use it because this type of mushroom might be poisonous.
Thank you to all friends who have stopped by my post. I hope friends like the photos I share.
