3 breathtaking beaches in the Netherlands

All thought most of the coastline in the Netherlands is man made due to high water prevention, there are places where you find very nice sandy beaches. A lot of dues, sea, sea life and dunes. Let's check them out together

This is the beach of Terschelling (on of the islands) at dawn. You will find a very wide beach that is subject to ebb and flood. When ever you show up, it will be a bit different due to the water levels. A lot of birds are also found there. I find it is a great place to spend the eve or afternoon together. If you are into Kiting - This is your spot.

Another island - Another beach. This is maybe the "best" beach in the Netherlands on the island Vlieland. This beach screems hollidays. Not only because it had a huge due but behind the dune is the most pittoresk caping ground ever to be seen. Everything screems 80's while it is quite modern. Prices are outrages but this is what you get on a perfect holiday camping ground.

Last but not least, we have the small little beach more down south in the Netherlands in Urk. Before the Dutch build their huge dam, Urk was a island. Now it is normal land as every where else. The town is small, lovely, the fish is fresh and so is the beach. If you like a sunny day and a beach, go check this one on the way to the islands.
