Insect photography // The charm of soldier dragonflies and the beauty of rare colorful butterflies

Good night to all my beloved hive friends everyone ♥️

It is my privilege and honor to be able to share some very spectacular images from my photography results today from several insect images, namely a soldier dragonfly and a rare butterfly. So today I returned to the coconut grove in my village, I have prepared supplies and resilience to do this image hunt.

This time I did the hunt alone because some of my friends have their own jobs, this time I did the hunt exactly at 01.00 noon where the sun was still very hot, but I deliberately went in the middle of the day because that's when many insects were doing their activities outside.

Upon arriving at the coconut plantation, I immediately prepared some equipment to do this hunting, as usual after I parked my motorbike under a coconut tree I started walking towards some water puddles because there were indeed a lot of dragonflies flying around there, but I had tried several times to approach some of the dragonflies there but I experienced many failures, until one time there was a soldier dragonfly that flew in front of me and perched on one of the tree branches there, seeing this opportunity I immediately took advantage of it as best I could.

Seeing that the dragonfly was a bit tamer, I immediately attached the macro lens to my cellphone and started taking some great photos.

Luckily when I took the picture the dragonfly did not fly at all, making it easy for me to take a very good picture. In the photo shoot I tried my best to get a satisfactory result and with the effort I made I managed to get a satisfactory result.

This is the first time I have found a very tame soldier dragonfly like this, because usually this dragonfly is very wild where it is very difficult to approach it, let alone photograph it, maybe this is a stroke of luck for me because I found a very tame dragonfly so I could photograph it easily and get very satisfying results.

And after I photographed the dragonfly I started to explore the river beside the park, and after walking for a few minutes in the river I saw a very beautiful rare butterfly. This is really a very beautiful butterfly which is also very rare in my village, so when I saw the butterfly I immediately just kept quiet while watching where the butterfly flew.

Until a few minutes the butterfly perched on a rock in the river, I slowly began to approach the butterfly to take pictures.

I did not expect my success, because this butterfly is known to be very wild, but on that occasion I managed to photograph it very well even from a very close distance and this was really a challenge for me. But it did not last long because after I brought the camera closer to it, suddenly the butterfly flew away.

This butterfly was so beautiful that I tried hard to chase it wherever it flew, and fortunately, it didn't fly far so I could still chase it.

Those are some of the last pictures of the butterfly because after that the butterfly immediately flew away and disappeared from my sight, some of the results I obtained were some very beautiful and spectacular pictures, this image hunt gave me a truly extraordinary advantage.

Sometimes luck comes suddenly because honestly a few days ago I was hunting for pictures just to look for this butterfly but after hunting for hours I still didn't find the butterfly, it was different today when I was walking along the river and accidentally the butterfly came straight to me, and that's what is called extraordinary luck.
