Yeah I didn't know this either. This is the first time I've had this reaction or probably didn't notice it before cos I was sick in the first place haha. But if you know you don't have infections and all of a sudden felt sick 1 hour after taking it you'll know it's the culprit. It was so annoying cos I was really fatigued for 2 weeks so I didn't want to do that agajn cos there's no point.
Haha yeah once you are used to taking photographs you really don't have to "do much". It's kinda like muscle memory.
