Hello Hivers!
The dawn chorus in Costa Rica are a colourful crowd. There are so maybe songs and sounds that I cannot identify and maybe never will but there are also a bunch of feathered friends who have become more familiar as well.
The Great Kiskadee is a very common sight but always a delight to see them with their bright yellow bellies and cheerful song.
Hummingbirds are easily noticed for their whirling wing sounds rather than their songs, to me anyway.
Scarlet rumped tanager always stands out so well in the green foliage of the jungle.
The cara cara is a beautiful small bird of prey.
And amongst all the birds of course can be heard the chirruping, screeching and whooping of many monkeys playing, laughing and occasionally fighting.
A veritable orchestra of life! Beautiful.

I like the attitude in the yellow breasted bird striking a pose! 😆
