New Year holidays
All those holidays that make winter more beautiful are approaching. The streets are decorated, the shops look less boring and more cheerful. Everything looks more interesting. Awaken that something in us, some good, we all try to be smiling and to make everything around us shine. Slowly, our homes look more decorated, Christmas trees are being decorated, interesting light bulbs are being installed. Colourful things are starting to be worn in the spirit of the New Year's holidays. I can't imagine winter without the new year and New Year's holidays. Without that, the world would be boring, the winter would be cold, but on its own, it would be beautiful. Because when that white blanket falls, everything looks more elegant, like a big snowball. This big snowball is slowly being decorated by people and it is starting to look like a colourful snowball. It's starting to look like a disco ball.
For me, the New Year holidays are real magic and magic. It is a time of giving, love, a time when we gather with the family, when we have the opportunity to forget all the ugly things and leave them behind for years.
Every house in the street is full of light bulbs and decorations from Christmas trees, and in addition, the streets will be decorated. Everything is somehow cheerful and merry and people are laughing and rejoicing. Rushing and rushing to the shops would not buy gifts for their closest and dearest. They spend the days until the holidays and a short break from work.
New Year's holidays remind me of my childhood, but they also make me feel like a child every year, for at least a few days. I look forward to them and enjoy them. Congratulations are written to family and friends in which they want to be served health and happiness, grandmothers make scarves for their grandchildren as a gift, a Christmas tree is decorated, lamps are put on. And then, no matter what problems we have and what worries bother us, we simply forget about everything, we indulge in the magic of the New Year's holidays. Even if a snowflake makes us happy from the sky, it becomes a real winter fairy tale.
I spend every New Year with my parents and friends. My parents and their friends with children will be there. The house is teeming with joy and merriment. Everyone is getting ready for New Year's Eve together. Sequins, light bulbs, lamps, decorations, confetti, fireworks, all these are regular props for New Year's Eve. Mom takes care of the menu, there are all kinds of sweets to everyone's taste.
And the most beautiful thing is waiting and waiting when someone watches the clock and only at one moment starts saying: ten, nine ... and we all continue after him with sprinklers. Although every year I hope for something new and special, a miracle that, I don't know why should happen on New Year's Eve, and which never happens, the magic is not diminished. All possible shades of fireworks are shooting in the sky, and we are watching that game and the overflow of colour and we are jumping with delight and joy. And so stunned with happiness and a little whisper for the children, tired of the old and the desire to welcome the new, shortly after midnight we dream our first dreams of that year.
And a couple of days after that, Christmas follows, which we celebrate in the family circle, together with our grandparents. Then there is always baking, wine and bread on the table, which we children break and look for a ducat so that our year would not be as rich and successful as possible. For Christmas, our grandparents, but also mom and dad, prepare gifts that we can't wait to open under the Christmas tree and find out if our New Year's wishes have come true.
Holidays are the most beautiful time of the year, then we all get even closer, spread love and positive energy, love each other and share joy and happiness.
