Hail to the Hive!
When we left the Philippines and its amazing sunsets we could never have dreamed that we would regularly encounter such amzing end of day spectacles on the canals and rivers of the UK.
Believe it or not this was taken tonight at the spot we found after a spot of engine trouble. Not a bad little display of nature at the end of a days cruisng the canal.
I nearly missed it but @millycf1976 was in the bedroom at the bow of the boat with the doors open and said i should probably catch this as it looked like it may turn into something nice....and it certainly did.
So as much as we loved the sunsets in the Philippines I have to say I feel they have been replaced quite comfortably with the UK Canal Summer Sunsets. They ain't too shabby at all!

Wow, giving the Philippines a run for its money.
Yup we have had some stunners. I think it is mostly because we are usually out of the city areas and there' plenty of sky and countryside. Longer days also. Been good so far.

Well to be fair the sky is usually grey....a lot! But when it’s good....damn it’s good!
