Before I cooked this simple and delicious dish, I thought that it would be nice to take a photo and share it with you. Oftentimes I am amazed how nature nourishes us. And In the back of my mind I am grateful to our farmers and our fishermen for feeding us.
We called this a fish soup. You need to simply boil the fish with herbs and spices with water for 15 to 20 minutes and add the vegetables. The dish uses no oil, it's flavorful and healthy.
A satisfying soup in a cold or warm weather.
