Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all today are some new shots of the Southern Carmine Bee Eater that I had captured back on the first trip to the Zoo. Today is the last four shots I have of the Southern Carmine Bee Eater but I do have more shots from the second trip, so stay tuned in for the possible return of this bird with some more new shots as well. So on the last post or should I say the first post of these birds was two together passing off food and in this post its a solo mission with the Southern Carmine Bee Eater perched by itself. So lets get into these shots today, so I can get ready and go to a lake that I have never been to before, hopefully it will be a fun day with a bunch of new species of ducks and birds. The above shot, the cover is pretty cool looking shot here with some good detail and that's why I chose it, really didn't take long to decide on this one, it has the best perch, the best direction of the head and beak, so that's really why I chose it today. In the next shot below, so cool but I am just at the wrong spot for this to be an epic shot, but this is still cool and highlights the back of this Southern Carmine Bee Eater. I think I got a better one on my second trip, so maybe that will be shown one day here on a new post.

Another cool perched and bird shot in this next image, I like it and he is very curious of me for sure, not the top image but another that should be shown off here today.

In this last shot here, I am thinking of changing this image to the cover shot, the reason is the detail on the feathers is fantastic and actually better than the first but we shall just leave it right here for now, they are all presented here so really its all good to leave it on this round. I need a good sunny day and time to myself some day at the Zoo, which I will do, I want to focus on all these birds and them in flight. I need good shots of them in flight, not so easy but must be done. So stay tuned in, one day I will accomplish that mission and for now thank you all for stopping by my blog and post, have a blessed day.
