"Fish Catches"

Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I have for you all today are some shots from my camera of my fishing days, some of the catches I got but their were a few more I just didn't take any pictures of them while I was out there. Here I am once again just trying to switch it up a bit and show you the day and life of what I was doing out there on vacation. Not stellar shots but it was fun and I want to show off my fish in this post. Who else likes fishing? Have you been lately? For me its been many years but I did bring all my fishing gear because I knew I would want to this time. About fifteen years ago that's all I wanted to do, much like photography, I was going fishing almost everyday but then it slowed down and I stopped going. Its much easier to go when you live close to beaches and lakes, as well as some piers that I liked to go to back then. Let's get into these shots now, in the cover shot I had to go with the biggest one I caught, I'd say he was 3-4 pounds of a Large Mouth Bass, not huge but a nice catch and to be honest I think I caught this guy twice, then it figured out what not to touch. For some reason while I got my polls together I am missing my two lake polls, smaller ones so I had to use my ocean type ones, not the real big ones but longer polls on this trip. Well this guy gave a good fight but not that much, so fun though and glad I did this. I'd say I fished about six times and I never got skunked, I always caught at least one small one. That's always a good thing for when it comes to fishing you can get skunked a lot. I don't really do this much but in the next shot below, yes that is me fishing, long poll with my mud boots on and my camera chest holder on, just in case a bird or animal came by.
Here is another Large Mouth Bass, way smaller than the other but a real nice looking fish. No struggle here to pull in but still a cool shot of this beauty.
Here is a small Sunfish, cool fish but they do get more colorful as you can see in a picture below. I caught a lot of these little guys, they really were the most active always when I went out.
This shot here I believe is another Large Mouth Bass as it looks different and probably the second biggest one I caught but still was not that big. Still fun to catch and release though, always a good time to be out in the Sun Fishing.
Here is another shot of the big one, this was the second time I caught him, after that it would never mess with my action again but I did see it a lot, it stayed pretty much in the same area.
Another shot of the big boy, trying to get better angles of it to see that it is bigger but still not as big as what I have caught in my lifetime.
To wrap up this post, here is the beautiful Sunfish, these things are just amazing to look at, not really trying to catch them but they are very active here and really hard to get the hook out of their mouths, such a small mouth but I managed it always safely. STOPNice fishing. Sunfish could bez find in the Czech republice too but only small. Imported probably by aquarist, I am not sure.

I have never had the patience to standin one spot and fish,I like to keep moving camera in hand LOL
Well I still had the camera and I got shots of a Green Heron that always comes to this locations, so it paid off to fish there multiple times but I here you sometimes fishing does get a bit boring. haha
Fishing is big back in NZ where i grew up, many of my family and friends go fishing just has never been the thing for me, my Brother in laws favorite spot is a 12 hour hike to get to in the forests, He goes there parks hikes in camps for two nights fishing then heads out, I went with him once, loved the hike, camped the first night fished for maybe 15 Minutes go bored and hiked some more while he fished LOL
Haha, 12 hour hike to a fish shot, seems like he should be pulling a fish every 5 minutes. Lol
LOL but for him I think it smore about getting away from it all, I think he only caught or kept three fish the time i went with him
