Hello to all mountain and nature lovers! Today I share with you some memories of this summer.
As predicted this was a very dry and hot summer in the Andes, the scarce rains of last winter and the few snowfalls in the high mountains, together with the La Niña phenomenon were the cause of this torrid summer.
Fortunately there was still perennial snow in the Andes, allowing us to have an acceptable flow in the rivers and we were able to enjoy it to the fullest.
In these photos you can see the beautiful Rio Azul in the town of El Bolson with its crystal clear waters, and some shots of Lago Puelo in the homonym city.
The trees that you can see in the photo are the famous Arrayanes, which grow in the area due to the influence of the humid air coming from the Pacific Ocean, these trees of very precious wood belong to the native flora of the area.
And finally you can admire the classic acrobatics of my dog Tomy, a must every time we go to the river!
Soon I will be sharing more content of the wonderful landscapes of the Andes, where every corner in every season of the year is full of colors and life.
See you soon!
