Doesn't everyone want a cabin up north by the lake?
Its part of the American Dream I think... From New Yorkers going upstate, to Minnesota and Wisconsin going up to the lake, to Chicago and Detriot going to the UP, even San Francisco goes up to Tahoe.
As hard as Americans work, there is a deeply ingrained desire for idyllic days of leisure in nature's splendor.
Times are changing. Now cabins are available for a quick getaway on Airbnb.
Back in the day, families would pack up and head to the cabin for the entire summer. American is forever changing. But the view at the lake, seems to be the same as it ever was.
