Island in Lake Champlain, Button Bay State Park, near Vergennes, Vermont.
We went for a First Day Hike put on by the Audubon Society. It was also part of a 100 year anniversary of Vermont State Parks which is this year.
We saw a good variety of birds but in the raw, cold weather and overcast skies didn't get any good pictures.
Still an interesting walk along the shores of Lake Champlain.
