Nothing says summer like blue skies. Fluffy white clouds. 70F with low humidity. Thats the dream Vermont summer.
Throw in a lake. And life is good.
Vermont isn't always that heavenly. Of course there is that thing called winter...
Plus we have had our share of hotter, humid days. And there is always the rain. The rain is a part of the lovely green but sometimes its too much and becomes a flooding problem. Too much flooding lately.
The green wall... of tomatoes lol my wife getting some help from her little cousins. There are three little girls behind those plants if you look close. I focused on the green but the vines that are totally covering the corner fence post are morning glories. We have some nice flowers but thats for another post sometime.
We basically carved space for our garden out of the forest. So this is the view if you take a moment and enjoy the serenity. There is even a small brook that babbles away if you pause to listen. We have been travelling some this summer but we always love being home and in the garden.
Always nice to come home again after travelling.
It is such a beautiful spot. And the garden looks well.
Have a great day!

Thanks. The garden looks like a jungle 😅 we grow most of our plants from seed and start them in the garage when its still cold. We always overplant because we can't bring ourselves to not use any of our seedlings. Then the garden gets over crowded about this time of year when they get big ...
You are welcome.
I so understand… we don’t have grass… we have a meadow hahaha 🤣
I did the same with our veggies. Couldn't get them out until june.
I might have to many courgette plants…
It does look great even if it is over crowded.
I think here the autumn started. It feels much colder and leaves are turning and dropping…
I would have hoped the growing season would have been longer. But still learning about the land and climate here, it is fun 🤣😂
