Hello everyone again in this wonderful! On this occasion I am going to share the story of one of my pets; the cutest and most peculiar cat, Pinta!
Pinta llegó a mis manos junto con su hermana pequeña, Skyler, cuando era tan pequeña como un ratón. Entre sus hermanos destacaba por su pelaje blanco y despeinado, pues todos eran amarillos y de pelo mucho más corto; ella era "la diferente".
Pinta came into my possession along with her little sister, Skyler, when she was as little as a mouse. Among her siblings, she stood out for her disheveled white fur, since they were all yellow and with much shorter hair; she was "the different one".
Cuando llegó por primera vez a nuestra casa, era muy tímida y rara vez se nos acercaba. Siempre se destacó por ser la más llamativa, la más colorida, la más llenita y la más grande; su pelaje es de un color blanco brillante, ya impresionante, pero lo más increíble de ella es la enorme mancha en forma de corazón en su vientre.
When she first came to our house, she was very shy and rarely came near us. She always stood out for being the most striking, the most colorful, the plumpest and the biggest; Her fur is brilliant white, already impressive, but the most amazing thing about her is the huge heart-shaped spot on her belly.
Desde la primera vez que la sostuve, supe que iba a ser un poco difícil, mientras se arremangaba y me miraba con ojos enojados; me rasgó el pecho y se fue extremadamente ofendida. Pero no me rendí ni dejé que la etiquetaran como "animal peligroso", insistí y la até a mí con el mismo cariño que a su hermana. La acaricié y la abracé; hasta que, después de días de sufrimiento mutuo, se rindió a mi cariño y se volvió un poco más dócil exclusivamente a mí.
From the first time I held her, I knew it was going to be a little difficult, as she rolled up her sleeves and glared at me with angry eyes; she ripped my chest and walked away extremely offended. But I didn't give up or let her be labeled a "dangerous animal", I insisted and tied her to me with the same affection as her sister. I caressed her and hugged her; until, after days of mutual suffering, she surrendered to my affection and she became a little more docile exclusively to me.
Hoy en día, si se acerca sola en busca de cariño, es un acto que sorprende; cuando sucede, sonreímos y aprovechamos el único momento en que ella sale de su caparazón.
Nowadays, if she approaches alone in search of affection, it is an act that surprises; when it happens, we smile and seize the one moment she comes out of her shell.
Cuando tratábamos de cuidarlos solo adentro, Pinta siempre se escapaba y buscaba la forma de salir al jardín. Fue por su insistencia que ahora ella y sus hermanos viven mitad y mitad; una vez al aire libre, donde juegan, cazan y se divierten con las respectivas precauciones, y otra en el interior de la casa para descansar y tomar aire fresco.
When we tried to take care of them only inside, Pinta would always run away and look for a way to go out into the garden. It was at her insistence that now she and her brothers live half and half; once outdoors, where they play, hunt and have fun with the respective precautions, and another time inside the house to rest and get fresh air.
Pinta siempre se ha caracterizado por ser la "glotona" del rebaño, ya que come como ninguna; todo lo que se pone en su boca lo traga sin mucha consideración. Como resultado, ella es más regordeta que los demás.
Pinta has always been characterized as the "gluttonous" of the herd, since she eats like no other; everything that is put in his mouth he swallows without much consideration. As a result, she is plumper than the others.
Cualquiera que la vea por primera vez pensaría que es un animal amenazante y peligroso, pero detrás de sus fieros ojos se esconde una criatura pequeña, tímida y codiciosa con un gran corazón.
Anyone seeing her for the first time would think she is a menacing and dangerous animal, but behind her fiery eyes lurks a small, timid and greedy creature with a big heart.
Pinta tiene una amistad inseparable con su hermana Skyler, aunque las dos son completamente opuestas: Skyler es extrovertida, sifrina y muy sociable, mientras que Pinta es más introvertida, no tan amiga de los extraños y mucho más cerrada. De una forma u otra, se complementan y forman un equipo perfectamente dinámico.
Pinta has an inseparable friendship with her sister Skyler, although the two are complete opposites: Skyler is outgoing, syphin and very sociable, while Pinta is more introverted, not so fond of strangers and much more withdrawn. One way or another, they complement each other and form a perfectly dynamic team.
Además, Pinta también es muy habilidosa y aventurera; se la ha visto cazando pájaros enérgicamente y rara vez se la ve acostada por mucho tiempo (a diferencia de su hermana Skyler, que es bastante perezosa). Le encanta la lluvia y el frío; después de que llueve, se acuesta en la tierra húmeda para sentir el frescor, por lo que termina manchada de barro de pies a cabeza.
In addition, Pinta is also very skilled and adventurous; she has been seen vigorously hunting birds and is rarely seen lying down for long (unlike her sister Skyler, who is quite lazy). She loves the rain and the cold; after it rains, she lies down on the wet ground to feel the coolness, so she ends up covered in mud from head to toe.
Pinta es una gatita maravillosa. Destaca por su magnífica belleza, pelaje luminoso y poderosos ojos verdes, pero también sorprende por su personalidad única e irrepetible.
Pinta is a wonderful kitty. She stands out for her magnificent beauty, luminous fur and powerful green eyes, but she also surprises with her unique and unrepeatable personality.
Algo curioso en ella es que, aunque es tímida y aversión a los humanos, cada vez que ve una cámara aflora su personalidad extrovertida y posa como una modelo.
Something curious about her is that, although she is shy and dislikes humans, every time she sees a camera her extroverted personality emerges and she poses like a model.
