Mono Monday I'd rather be getting my steps outside but..
Good Morning, may your week go well for you
For this weeks post as usual on a Monday I am sharing a few Mono Images I'd rather be getting my steps outside but with some of the health issues I have had and the fact that a virus is spreading like crazy in this area, and throw on top of that its been too cold for me to get out for photo walks, I have been good in gettign my steps in each day,
I get up at my usual time as the rest of the year, check the weather forecast in the hope I will get a pleasant surprise and the temp is above 40F which I have set as my minimum temp before going out for a walk, and not rainy or windy.
but for the past two weeks or perhaps more it hasnt bene optimal for outdoor walks, so I then head out to our sunroom and walk back and forth to get my steps in, I try and get at leats 6K steps in before headign up to my computer to visit posts, prepare posts and edit photos, and have bene averaging a total of 9K steps each day over the last couple of weeks.
But not gettign out for walks is driving me a bit crazy

Or perhaps loopy and maybe that is why I choose that photo for the first photo, it was taken with my Insta 360 camera standing on one of the piers here
Next up perhaps a more conventional image, I guy out fishing on the Rocks at West Beach here in New Bedford one evening

It's damn cold out LOL plus a little bit of snow :D hopefully you are in the zone that didn't get much!
We did get lucky, looks maybe a little over an inch, will head out and clear the drive and footpaths shortly
Yes, it's hard to reach 10,000 steps every day in this cold... 5°F felt like -6°F this morning in Montreal, I'm definitely staying home 😀

Not sure why, but that first pic got me kind of dizzy looking at it for too long. Do wish I was fishing with the fellow in the other pic.
As far as the cold, I got a walking pad to walk on inside. To heck with the cold.
sorry about making you dizzy it does have that effect
I walk back and forth in my sunroom, am quite happy bene getting over my 10K goal every day this year so far

That first picture is really cool! Almost makes me feel like I had way too much to drink! lol
I hope it warms up this week a bit. I go stir crazy when I don't get out of the house every now and again. Especially for some walking. Great B&W selection for the day!
LOL that firts photo can confuse our brains
THis week its going to stay cold the worst today and tomorrow, I to go crazy stuck inthe house, but building the lego like brick sets is keeping me somewhat sane
