Tomato is a strange one, I know folk with peanuts and seafood. Why make oneself uncomfortable if you can avoid it.

ITs acidic things Like Cucumber and tomatoe that affect me, but as you say they are easy to avoid

Some foods simply don't agree with one, ginger is one I cook with, yet cannot drink in cold drinks or teas.
