the weird thing is our area has been in a flood watch for a few days, but the rain is passing all around us,I have bene tracking it onthe radar

Keep an eye on it. Maybe you will get some rain soon. But let’s hope that there won’t be major flooding.
there has been flooding not to far from us, we did get some rain last night, aboiut 10 minutes LOL, and heard thunder in the distance
Wow, only 10 minutes… that’s not enough.
And to imagine flooding not far away… strange weather lately.
