Sunrise over Allens Pond Beach

Good Morning have a super Saturday everyone, hope you have some fun, good or productive plans for the weekend

For today I am going to share a few shots at sunrise on the beach beside the Allens Pond Wildlife reserve in Dartmouth MA.
A beautiful spot both for this nice beach as the sun rises and for the trails surrounded by nature.

Often when I visited this area, I used to take a nice stroll on the beach enjoying the fresh breeze over the water and if I get lucky catching a nice sunrise, then after the sun has risen and there is a bit more light I head into the trails of the reserve, a truly great way to start the day.

Its not a great beach if your looking for a nice sandy beach as it is quite rocky but I enjoy walking there whether there is a nice sunrise or not, the morning I took these photos it was very foggy when I first got there and quite moody, to be honest I was not expecting much from the sunrise, but then the clouds moved and the fog cleared and got some nice warm colors on the horizon.

IF you can imagine the sound of the waves gently rolling in and the nice breeze coming in off the water you perhaps will get a feel for how refreshing it was there that morning.

I enjoyed strolling back and forth along the beach, no one else in sight it was so refreshing.
