Two Walks this past week
This post if for Wednesday walk challenge And Make me Smile Collaboration challenge, initially our collaboration was once a month but due to the popularity of it we have decided to make the collab a weekly thing :)
Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by me, the idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. And this is my entry for this week, but first, let me explain the challenge.
This is my post for the Wednesday Walk challenge hosted by myself, let me first explain the guidelines
Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.
Your walk does not have to be on a Wednesday I just ask if possible to share your walk photos on a Wednesday.
Try and get a few shots not just one
Add a bit of a write up about where you walked
You can look for anything in general or decide on one subject you want to get shots off.
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss
Do a post with the shots you get on a Wednesday and tag it with #wednesdaywalk, also if you happen to join, please leave a link to your post in a comment on this post and I will try and visit them all, especially if its not one of the first 5 tags or I may miss seeing it .
Following me and re-Hiving the post so more see it would be appreciated but isn't a rule just a suggestion.
I am not strict on these rules and hence why they are called guidelines and not rules
I will try and visit, and upvote all who take part in the Wednesday Walk.

As I mentioned above Wednesday Walk is collaborating with the [Make Me Smile] hosted by @elizacheng,

Two Walks this past week
For this weeks post I am sharing photos from a couple of walks this past week, We had a few mornings this week where it was quite mild early morning so I went for a few walks by the water, and will share shots from a couple of them the first one I parked by Cisco Breweries at the end of the harbor walk
There were some nice colors in the sky I took this shot just out of the car then walked along

Further along on my walk walking along the coast I caught this shot of the sun rising near the lighthouse

My Second walk started with me parked in Fort Taber and as I always do when I go there I had to get a shot of the pier

And when I was taking a similar shot I forgot I was taking a long exposure and moved the camera and got this effect with the lights a mistake but I kind of like it

I then walked out of Fort tabor getting steps in and got this shot of the sun rising behind a bare tree

This shot by mistake looks actually really good. If you had said it was intentionally I would even have said it is great 😁
I always love these intense colours like in the shot with the rising sun near the lighthouse.
My favourite photo today is the tree with the rising sun behind - cool image, JJ 🤩

Omg I did it again
Tomorrow they start shipping out the new Sony Camera the upgrade to mine kind of wishing I had not been sensible and waited for hand on feedback on the production model especially after seeing feedback from other parts of the world
But I think in the new year I will order it

I think the R5 is comparable with the A7riv if I remember right it’s around 45MP Isnt it
The one I am looking at is 33MP and a bit cheaper but better than the 24 I have now

Yes, I think you are right, but I don't know the specs of the Sony cameras, to be honest. The R5 has 45 MP.
The price of the R5 is much to high at about 4,500 Euros, so I'll wait and save my money until I can't wait anymore 😂

Amazing work as always! Clark's Point has to be my favorite. Although I am a sucker for red evening skies, the colors in Clark's Point picture are so unreal. Mesmerizing almost! Great stuff!
Thanks so much I got lucky with some gorgeous skies last week, this morning sit was so grey and misty but still nice for a walk
I really like the accidental effect from moving the camera, turned out cool. I also really love the shots of piers. One of my favorite pastimes when i lived on the coast was night fishing off piers in S. Georgia.
We would make it an all night event. We would pack drinks, sandwiches, and take chairs and stay out there until 4 or 5 in the morning. Really great memories!
Yeha I was happy how that came out, I do have a fascination with piers cant resist getting shots of them even took some this morning on my walk
I have never got into fishing to hyper to stand still and be patient to catch anything lOl
But I see many fisherman out here, one had a tent setup on the pier so I suspect he did the over night thing
Wow, those are some awesome colors! How amazing! I went for a walk this past week. I was going to post about it today, but I had some exciting news about my fantasy football league that I had to share :) Fantastic shots. That one with all the yellows and oranges is probably my favorite as much as I like the opening one with the colors.

I did read it and yes I don’t really follow the game myself I always say I should start watching and learning the game but Rugby will always be the sport I enjoy most
Rugby makes zero sense to me. I tried watching it a couple of times with my wife and she said "what the heck is this". I just don't understand all the rules.
Ohh yeah it’s all go and hard to follow if you don’t know the game I played it so it makes sense to me
