Hello everyone in the community. I hope you guys are all doing great. Today my posting will be shorter than my usual post. I will give you guys the best portrait that I can create with my knowledge, skills, time and equipment.
The photo concept was from the makeup artist. I just told them to bring any clothes and do any makeup that matches with the clothes.
I was a little bit surprised because the concept that being brought to me was a "dark" concept.
It was hard for me to get a decent photo at first because of Natalie.a, the model was not used to act or pose for this kind of concept. We did some ice breaking to make her comfortable and getting used to the clothes that was given by the makeup artist.
This was the first photo that I think was not that bad. The expression was not what I wanted but for this pose and lighting it was good.
Salam semua dalam komuniti. Saya harap anda semua melakukan yang terbaik. Hari ini pengeposan saya akan lebih pendek daripada catatan biasa saya. Saya akan memberikan anda potret terbaik yang boleh saya cipta dengan pengetahuan, kemahiran, masa dan peralatan saya.
Konsep foto adalah dari jurusolek. Saya hanya memberitahu mereka untuk membawa apa-apa pakaian dan melakukan apa-apa solek yang sepadan dengan pakaian.
Saya agak terkejut kerana konsep yang dibawakan kepada saya adalah konsep "gelap".
Sukar untuk saya mendapatkan gambar yang baik pada mulanya kerana Natalie.a, model itu tidak digunakan untuk berlakon atau bergambar untuk konsep seperti ini. Kami melakukan sedikit ice breaking untuk membuatnya selesa dan membiasakan diri dengan pakaian yang diberikan oleh jurusolek.
Ini adalah foto pertama yang saya rasa tidak begitu buruk. Ungkapan itu bukan yang saya mahukan tetapi untuk pose dan pencahayaan ini ia bagus.

As we go on for new poses. I realized that she had a little bit of struggle to get into the mood that I want. So I ask her to take a break for a minute while I search for a props that she can use for a pose.
While searching for props in the studio. A replica of an apple caught my attention. It was not nearly like a real life apple but it can be used for a pose.
I then took the apple and gave it to Natalie.a, we tried some poses and I think I had some good photos taken while using the fake apple as props.
Sambil kita meneruskan pose baharu. Saya menyedari bahawa dia mempunyai sedikit perjuangan untuk mencapai mood yang saya mahukan. Jadi saya minta dia berehat sebentar sementara saya mencari prop yang boleh dia gunakan untuk berpose.
Sambil mencari props di studio. Replika epal menarik perhatian saya. Ia tidak hampir seperti epal kehidupan sebenar tetapi ia boleh digunakan untuk bergambar.
Saya kemudian mengambil epal itu dan memberikannya kepada Natalie.a, kami mencuba beberapa pose dan saya rasa saya mempunyai beberapa gambar yang bagus yang diambil semasa menggunakan epal palsu sebagai prop.

This is one of her shoot using the fake apple as props. The lighting was perfect for my setup. It really light Natalie.a's face and the fake apple without it being a distraction. This shot was a 50/50 shot. What I mean by 50/50 is, this photo was taken while I ask her to free pose and change pose after every shot.
Ini adalah salah satu penggambarannya menggunakan epal palsu sebagai prop. Pencahayaan adalah sempurna untuk persediaan saya. Ia benar-benar mencerahkan wajah Natalie.a dan epal palsu tanpa ia mengganggu. Penggambaran ini adalah 50/50. Apa yang saya maksudkan dengan 50/50 ialah, gambar ini diambil semasa saya memintanya berpose bebas dan menukar pose selepas setiap penggambaran.

This one shot was guided by me after the above shot. A slightly changed on the eye can make a big different in a photo.
We had some other shoot with the fake apple after but still this two early shoot that I had is the best among them.
After that I changed my lighting setup and took some photo with a dramatic change of expression. I asked her to make an angry face. It took us like 20 to 30 minutes to get the mood.
I was a little bit worried that I will not get what I want but still in the end I get one decent photo of her with a very different expression and I think its really great.
Satu set ini dibimbing oleh saya selepas set di atas. Perubahan sedikit pada mata boleh membuat perbezaan yang besar dalam foto.
Kami mempunyai beberapa penggambaran lain dengan epal palsu selepas itu tetapi masih dua penggambaran awal yang saya miliki ini adalah yang terbaik di kalangan mereka.
Selepas itu saya menukar persediaan pencahayaan saya dan mengambil beberapa gambar dengan perubahan ekspresi yang dramatik. Aku minta dia buat muka marah. Kami mengambil masa 20 hingga 30 minit untuk mendapatkan mood.
Saya agak bimbang bahawa saya tidak akan mendapat apa yang saya mahukan tetapi masih pada akhirnya saya mendapat satu foto yang baik dengan ekspresi yang sangat berbeza dan saya fikir ia benar-benar hebat.

This was the photo that I imagine in my head from the first I saw the wardrobe. I made it black and white to give much more drama into the photo.
