The Christmas Tree of Hope has been lit in Gore Park, downtown Hamilton Ont. for the last 43 years and for the last 5 years taking long exposure shots of the tree and rides have been a tradition of mine.
The night of the lighting turned out to be a real challenge! This year we didn't have snow, instead it was raining. This resulted in a very small crowd attending and only a few photos (the rain was collecting on the lens as soon as I started to take a shot). I will be returning to do more photos!
