For the past two weeks, I have had the worst flu that I have had in decades! The first week was full of fevers, chills, ear/sinus aches, body aches, and a sore throat. The fevers and sinus issues subdued in the second week, making way for a bad cough and loosing my voice. I am no where near being recovered but am on the road to be. With only the cough and a lack of voice lingering.
Only briefly getting outside with a camera once in weeks, I decided to take a short walk around my neighborhood and see what I could get with some long exposure shots last night. Within minutes of being outside an ambulance turned a corner and was coming right at me. I did not have time to get the tripod set up, so I just sat my camera on the ground and hoped for the best!
Pretty cool shot despite not setting up properly, and it got me "feeling the flow". I walked down the street and to an old train bridge, snapping away.
It was a fun little walk and produced some decent shots. I really cannot wait to be fully better and having fun again!
