Little Puffin looks a little out of sort in among all the rest, tell tale beak in the crowded water, good sighting!
Smell must be quite strong close up to the breeding rocks, don't blame you for not getting up too close and personal.

They are beautiful birds. I wouldn't mind a typical day like that.
If you would not have mentioned it, then I would not have noticed it. I am a bird lover. And animal lover in general. If I think about the future, then it is sad to think that the future generations will see some of the species we saw alive only on photos and on videos. There are many endangered animals. Some of them almost extinct.
The good side is the fact that the extinction of some species has been prevented by human intervention. The bad side is the fact that some extinctions has been caused by humans.
For example the Falkland Islands wolf. It was hunted, until it went extinct. Mankind did good things, mankind did bad things, and mankind did terrible/horrible things. This is our history. We have to live with it.
