I totally agree with you and in fact the human being biologically tends to gather in groups of people with the same interests and ways of thinking, because we automatically set in motion different biases that we have in our minds and that push us to put ourselves on the side that makes us feel comfortable and reject those that we do not like or discomfort. However, recent scientific studies have shown that diversity favors creativity and well-being, that the more diversity there is in a group, the more homogeneous it is perceived to be.
