Happy New Year!
Now at the end of the year what could be nicer than walking through nature covered with a white blanket that creaks under your weight.
The photos I took in the Valcan Pass area of Romania, due to the very low temperature at night and quite low during the day, it created a fairy tale of snowy ridges.
The beautiful winter has appeared in its silver cloak.
The branches of the trees were festooned with garlands like marshmallows.
The sky is gloomy and sad, and the sun is trapped behind curtains of heavy, threatening clouds.
In the white scenery the branches of the trees, also white, look like ghosts lost in the distance.

Icy images, conveying a wintry and very beautiful end of the year with thick snow and beautiful landscapes.
Great photographs… been awhile since I saw snow. Here are no real seasons in the south of Spain. Think I miss it especially around Christmas.
Happy New Year 🎉🥳😊
