There's been a lot of sea spray and drama on my feed lately so here's a picture of a Snow Bunting taking it easy! Fluffing itself up on an old kelp stipe after feeding on the shore with a flock of about 50 other birds. They move around a lot so are challenging to photograph. But even after about an hour or so you could see they had a pattern. Feed, fly up, drop, feed, then fly around for a while circling high before dropping down to the same spot they had been feeding, eventually needing to rest and preen for 5 minutes before carrying on again!
