Since very young I have had a great love for cars. As a teenager I collected car magazines like Car and Driver and always went to see all the demo events and modified car shows in my town. There have always been cars in my family and watching garage repairs has been a part of my everyday life since I was a kid, including helping out and doing some things on my own.

White Corvette Stingray
After my adolescence I spent several years away from that world. I was less and less updated, I stopped buying magazines and attending similar events. But last weekend there was an auto show in my city and I decided to attend.
This time with the desire to capture photos that convey the beauty of the cars from a more detailed angle. To my bad luck, I attended at night and my phone's camera performed very poorly against the bright lights of the place, but I still want to share with you some of the images.
Red Corvette Stingray
The first thing I found interesting was that it was different from the shows I attended more than 10 years ago, this time it was more focused on the car and motorcycle brands that were promoting the models they are introducing more aggressively in our market, they did not even showed prototypes, or anything extraordinary.

Desde muy joven he tenido una gran afición por los autos. En mi adolescencia coleccionaba revistas de autos como Car and Driver y siempre fui a ver todos los eventos de demostraciones y shows de autos modificados de mi ciudad. En mi familia siempre han habido carros y ver reparaciones en el garage ha sido el día a día desde mi niñez, incluyendo ayudar y hacer algunas cosas por cuenta propia.

Corvette Stingray Blanco
Después de mi adolescencia pasé varios años alejado de ese mundo. Cada vez estaba menos actualizado, dejé de comprar revistas y asistir a eventos similares. Pero el fin de semana pasado hubo un autoshow en mi ciudad y decidí asistir. Esta vez con ánimos de capturar fotos que transmitan la belleza de los autos desde un ángulo más detallado. Para mi mala suerte, asistí de noche y la cámara de mi teléfono tuvo un desempeño muy pobre frente a las luces brillantes del lugar, pero aún así quiero compartir con ustedes algunas de las imágenes.
Corvette Stingray rojo
Lo primero que me pareció interesante, es que era distinto a los shows a los que asistía hace más de 10 años, esta vez fue más una centrado en las marcas de automóviles y motocicletas que estaban promocionando los ejemplares que están introcuciendo más agresivamente en nuestro mercado, ni siquiera presentaron prototipos, ni nada extraordinario.
